Bollywood actor and superstar AAmir khan and kiran Rao, have announced divorce after 15 years of marriage . They have recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary .
They have released an statement and has informed about the same in a long statement
Both AAmir khan and Kiran Rao said that they were looking for separation for some time now. in the released statement that they will continue to be ‘’ devoted parents ‘ to their son, Azad and they will look after him together.
In the statement, they also mention that both of them will continue to work together for ‘’ paani Foundation”
Here is what the statement said ‘’ in these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experience ,joy and laughter , and our relationship has only grown in trust , respect and love .Now we live – no longer as husband and wife , but co-parents and family for each other . We began a planned separation some time ago , and now feel comfortable to formalise this arrangement , of living separately yet sharing our lives the way an extended family does’’
Talking about parenting Azad wrote ‘’ we remain devoted parents to work as collaborators on films , paani Foundation, and other projects that we feel passionate about. A big thank you to our friends and families and friend for their constant support and understanding both this evolution in our relationship and without whom we would not have been so secure in taking this leap.’’
